College Days app terms

Version October 5, 2026. This Golden State Baptist College class app provides limited access to AI generation through Runway. By accepting these terms, you agree to Runway’s Terms of Use and Usage Policy, incorporated into this agreement. Those terms govern permitted use, restrictions, intellectual property, processing, warranties and limitations for the underlying services.

Who may generate

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the AI services. This is separate from permission to depict someone in an image or use their voice.

Your materials and conduct

Submit only materials you have the rights and permissions to use, including photo, likeness, recording and voice-use rights. Get parent or legal guardian consent for depicted minors and minor speakers, covering AI transformation and provider processing. Do not impersonate people, violate others’ rights, use the app unlawfully, or evade its limits. Keep all characters modestly dressed. Sexual content, gore and inappropriate conduct are prohibited. Access may be stopped for misuse.

Processing and outputs

Generation inputs are sent to Runway and its selected model provider. Runway’s standard terms permit use of inputs and outputs for training and improvement; this class app does not promise a no-training arrangement. Prompt improvement sends your written idea and any selected reference or opening image to OpenAI for image analysis and rewriting. This processing is covered by your permissions, including guardian consent for depicted minors. Recordings are not sent for prompt improvement. OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring; no zero-retention arrangement is in place. Uploads used only for local audio combining stay in your browser. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable: review it before using or sharing it. Intellectual-property rights and provider licenses follow the incorporated terms.

Class access and spending

Paid generation ends Monday, October 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific. Existing spending and per-session limits apply; requests may queue or fail. Local combining and downloads of completed assets remain available. No participant may purchase credits or change the instructor’s API setup through this app.
